J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wayfair (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Three interviews in one morning. First one was with senior manager and included competency questions followed by an three short role plays where you had to negotiate with suppliers and customers. The second was with another senior manager and involved competency qs followed by analytical case study which involved looking at some data and making a recommendation. The final interview was with the head of the team who was (possibly on purpose) obnoxious and difficult. He tried to throw you off a lot and asked brain teaser questions. To be honest, he put me off taking the role as he didn't seem like someone I would want to work for.

Question 1
If you were selling a product, and somebody next door was selling the exact same product for half the price, what would you do?
4 x 45 min interviews back to back with various team members. One a role play, one a maths test, other two more competency based. Very intense and felt excessive.

Question 1
Pretend I’m a potential supplier, how would you sell wayfair to me?
Process was well organised. It seamed all very professional until the interview. The woman who interviewed me was not prepared. She had no specific questions, did not know anything about me and did not even have my CV.
