I applied for a few different Analyst positions at Wayfair and it is my understanding that the interview process depends a lot on each specific team and role. Typically there is first a call with a recruiter who asks behavioral questions, then a call or skype with the manager and then onsite.
For the B2B analyst position I was contacted by the recruiter by email and I had a skype call with the hiring manager scheduled right away. The call was a typical going through the resume and some questions such as "Why Wayfair?", "Why this position" etc. Then, I was called onsite 1.5 weeks later, I had six interviews, two of which were cases. Those were typical business cases (the ones that consulting firms ask for) but in a B2B context. Experience was overall positive although they were very slow at getting back to me. I heard back ~2 weeks later.
