Easy. Quick. They got straight to the point. It went by super smoothly. One of the easiest I've had so far. I was interviewed by two people. They were very nice and gave me insight into what i'd be doing in the event that I was hired there. Their attitudes and the culture attracted me immediately.
The interview process was easy, simple and to the point. The team manager was the person that interviewed and asked very common interview question such as what is your biggest weakness, where do you see yourself in the next couple of years, etc.

I met with someone from HR to go over details about the company in general and then a 1:2 interview with my potential manager and a senior team member. Pretty standard interview questions, the atmosphere was friendly and informative.

You can basically bomb the interview and still get a job offer. This department has a very high turnover rate so they are always looking for fresh-out-of-college people. I met with two department managers who asked very basic questions that weren't challenging at all.
