I received a voice mail from HR after I sent in my resume and a cover letter through a local job web site requesting a phone pre-interview. The call was just under an hour long and was very light but I was asked a lot of questions about my former work and computer skills and e-commerce work I had done in the past. She scheduled an interview at the end of the call. With-in a week I had an interview in Bruswick with a department manager that lasted about 40 minutes. It was very relaxed, but I couldn't read it very well and I wasn't sure I was going to get an offer. I got a VM a week later with an offer. I have been in training for the past 3 weeks and it has been the best training I have ever received. The company very much invests in their people and want us to succeed.
