I got a mail from a Technical Recruiter at VMware. The phone screening was done by the recruiter. Next day, a call was scheduled with an engineer. The phone interview started with basic concepts about Operating Systems. The interviewer then jumped to fine details about the computer architecture and working of virtual memory from the perspective of the hardware and the OS.
