Comprehensive coverage. They really put efforts into providing one of the best coverages I've seen in the Industry. Maternity leave is slightly lacking behind the top companies.
They offer a great education program with quarter budget. Also, they have a really great work life balance

The perks this company gives is one of the best in the industry but there is a marked differnece between employees in the US vs that with rest of the world.
About or slightly above average in terms of the amount for the expenses. Negative part is about benefit account is a fixed account, similar companies have health and wellness spending account so individuals can transfer the money into the accounts based on their needs. This is not good in 2016!
They allow stock buying, and decent dental and vision. Could be better thugh
6% RRSP matching, up to 15% stock matching, full benefits package of services, vacation is based on tenure (3 weeks starting up to 5 weeks after 10 years) and must be used within the calendar year. Would love to see the vacation go up more after further years of service. I am not sure I would support an unlimited vacation policy because that can be both good and bad depending on your manager or team workload. All in all the benefits are great and i think will grow better over time as the company grows and matures.

Great average benefit, No pension by the company like many current companies these days. health spending account is a fix and not flexible at all. Almost many places these days let you decided based on your needs, I shared my feedback manytimes but no point
