Three technical rounds of interviews. For development mostly coding questions. In one of the technical interview, first 25 minutes, focused on project. next i am able to solve 2 coding questions in 30 minutes(with good time complexity and Space complexity). But i am rejected. Till now as a interviewer i had taken 100's of interviewees. But i never be rejected any candidate who has good designa nd programamtic skills(solved two coding questions in 30 minutes). No idea, why i was rejected. I prepared for Microsoft, Amazon. So, I am easily able to solve the coding questions fast(250 leet code problems solved in last 2 months).Now i had given for VMWare. solved the problems fast. What i understood, VMware doesnt need good skilled people. They need who doesnt have coding skills and design skills. Interviewer is planning to ask one question, But i solved the same in 10 minutes. So, He asked second coding question. I solved in 15 minutes. Conclusion : Dear VMware, Please train your interviewers.
