The process was very straightforward. Having started with the expected screening call with the in house recruiter, I was then passed onto the hiring manager for the first face to face interview. This was as expected. A further 2 face to face interviews occurred, before an offer was made. The cause in delay from first interview to offer being made was the availability of headcount. However once the headcount was approved and open in their system, the process moved very quickly.
