I met VMware at the university career fair and got two rounds of the on-campus interview scheduled. After that, I was contacted by the university recruiter for another two rounds of interview which happened within a time span of two weeks. They were very quick in placing the offer. I got the final response within 10 minutes of my last round with hiring manager.

2 round of technical interviews. first interview was primarily coding questions. second interview was more free flowing, talking about past experience and interests. before extending an offer, the recruiter told me everything i did wrong in the interviews. kinda weird

Two rounds, simple to mid leetcode. interviewees are nice, they also would ask some basic cs questions like multi-tread, docker experience. They didn't give me too much feedback during the interview. So not sure the reason why I didn't get the offer although I output all questions.
