Manager reached out to me directly to conduct a phone screen. After phone screen, we met in person for lunch to discuss further. After Lunch, proceeded to do another phone interview with a manager from a different team. This is where I was met with complete silence. After waiting/expecting an update from the recruiter on next steps, The recruiter and the hiring manager went completely cold on me on next steps. I emailed each individual multiple times and did not receive an answer at all. I felt this was very unprofessional from such a well-respected company. It is completely rude to not respond to candidates and completely ignore them. If this is a reflection of how the company operates this is clearly a place I would not want to work.

Balanced. Focus on communication and experience as much as technical knowledge. Good exchange with all whom I spoke with. Multiple interviews across the organization, with a focus on looking for the skillset they were looking for. Overall a very good experience.
