Straight forward phone interview - reviewing past and current experience, going over details of the job and position, department structure, high-level process overview. Plenty of time and encouragement to ask questions, patient and detailed answers. The hiring manager obviously had interest in me as a candidate as well as valued the importance of candidate questions and interest in details. Overall a pleasant experience.
