I went through an agency so the “interview” was asking my availability. There’s nothing really to prepare for, just be open and honest is my suggestion. They also definitely drug test for THC so there’s another heads up.
they asked me about my experience with lifting, packing, and working quickly while staying safe. They also wanted to know if I could follow instructions, work with a team, and handle long hours on my feet.

Very smooth. You don't have to wait too long. The questions are about job n they really listen. They do move quickly trying to interview everyone. They respect your time to come interview

Easy and approachable. Overall not difficult and I was able to ask questions about company culture and was satisfied by the answers provided. Would recommend to ask questions at this stage
