-Extremely structured, very in-depth training program
-Long work hours, expect to average 1 - 3 hours of overtime every day (most especially during their 4th quarter)
-Company culture is very unique, definitely not for everyone
-Micromanagement is the core of everything there, new ideas or innovation to current processes are heavily discouraged
-High turnover, constantly hiring/terminating staff (always understaffed)

Trust your employees and give them the freedom to exercise their skills that you hired them for. Sometimes just because a candidate fits the "culture" doesn't necessarily mean they're right for the role.
One phone interview, 2 in person interviews. 4 online tests - 3 personality tests, one sales test, one writing test. 2 timed number tests. No offer, but received call from HR to tell me I didn’t eat selected. Everyone during the interview process was personable and professional.
