Uline reached out to me a day after I applied for the position, and were very accommodating about scheduling the interview. Pre-Interview they make you complete 4 different personality tests online. The day-of, they required the applicant to take 2 different number skill tests, both needing to be completed in 4 minutes. If I a better idea of what the numbers tests were going to be like, I would've brushed up on my multiplication tables. One was identifying number sequences and the other was more pattern recognition/identifying pairs based. The actual interview was a hybrid experience; you were able to choose the Milwaukee offices or Pleasant Prairie home base to engage with the interview. My experience was hybrid at the Milwaukee office, since it was a Microsoft Teams meeting in a private room after the mentioned number tests. They asked the normal types of interview questions and the HR representative was kind and engaging. They said that the interview notes along with your documents gets sent over to their internal team, and they said they'd get back to the applicant between 7-10 days. They did respond back within that timeframe. In my case, it was a kind emailed rejection that had wording about how they can't explain to each applicant why they weren't chosen due to applicant pool-size, which is understandable for a company their size. Overall, I'd say it was a positive experience and they didn't leave me hanging on an answer about an offer.

I went through 3 different interviews, 10 online tests, 2 on-site paper tests that made me feel like I was in high school again. All of this and they will flat out tell you they are the ones that don't have the time to give interview feedback, as if you weren't expected to spend ~5 hours on their tests and interviews. After the 3rd interview I had no idea if they held it against me that I used the same answer more than one interviewer, I will never be able to know what I did wrong for interviews with future jobs-- was it a test I failed or did they not like me? Did the HR lady not like me, did the creative lady not like me? Only god knows now I guess. For a company that has so much professionalism it's just upsetting that their copy-past message is how they choose to save face on giving feedback.

Long process, had to take 4 at home assessments and 2 on site assessments before first interview with recruiter where I was told I’d be contacted for another interview if I was a good fit for company. Did not make it past first round.
