J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uline en févr. 2024

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. The first step was a phone screen/interview with the recruiter. The next step was an in person interview with the hiring manager. The last step would have been with the Branch Manager and doing a ride along.
Phone Screen was nothing out of the ordinary. Fairly easy conversation. Prior to the 2nd step, I was sent a few assessments to complete - a writing assessment, behavioral assessment, and a sales-type assessment.
Upon arriving at the in-person interview, I was given a couple timed assessments to complete - a number sequence quiz and a number matching. I actually enjoyed this because it took my mind off the interview and made me feel comfortable.
I interviewed with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales. There were a few of the standard interview questions, but they mostly asked detailed questions about my experience and we really dove into the role, expectations, and day-to-day.
I was invited to the final stage of the interview process. Ultimately, I didn't feel like the role was a fit with what I'm looking for so I withdrew.
It seems like a good company and people to work for. The recruiter I worked with was amazing! He was so communicative and always followed through with dates for expected updates/next steps. I was never left wondering.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
