For this being a development program, I was not expecting such a rigorous process. I understand a personality assessment, but the 7 others I took were irrelevant; especially the sales assessment. I was asked to interview in person the day after applying and was interviewed by two people in person. They told me DEI would essentially be a hobby for me, in terms of HR, at Uline which was a major red flag for me. This and the assessments that I had to take before the interview and during the interview made me lose all interest.
