Went through basically three interviews and multiple tests. I had an interview with what would have been my boss and they were condescending the entire time. It was a pretty base level position and they were requiring all this schooling for sorting mail and sending out flyers. I just wanted to get my foot in the door and was willing to start out at a lower position.
