Very hard process. You have to do 4 assessments, which includes sales, customer service, written sample, and personality. Personally, other than the written sample, the other 3 tests seem redundant and not applicable to the position. It almost seems impossible to get into Uline, unless you fit some type of mold they are looking for.

Applied online and was contacted by HR about one weeks later. The process started with a phone screening with a recruiter, Before the interview required to take personality test and sales questions based test.

Entretien
Went through multiple interviews, just to not hear from anyone about the final decision for months until I reached out to find out myself. During interviews they asked for the most part about previous experiences and project success.

What are some of your biggest challenges when working on a long term project?
The first round interview was mostly behavioral questions. It started with a tell me about yourself and why I was interested in the company. Overall it was a good experience.
