I applied online and the next day got an email back requesting for me to come in for an interview. I also had to do about 3 assessments. When I came in for the interview I also had to do 2 more tests. I could tell by the environment that I wouldn't get the job. I am happy I did not get an offer, it seemed really old fashioned and I saw no young people (i am a recent college grad). Another thing that concerned me was that I did not see any people of color.
