Excellent. First round phone interview. Second round in person with option of webcam. Internal recruiter identified me as a candidate via LinkedIn. Recruiter did an excellent job of presenting the company, it's culture, the position, and the strength of the company for long term growth. Very interesting company history, management style and appetite for new challenges.

Initial recruiter phone interview, followed by second phone interview. Next step was an in person interview with option of video conference interview. Very open to being flexible on time and format of interview.
