J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uline
Entretien
The interview was a little too thorough. I had to create several vector graphics and some fake catalog covers to show my experience. Then generic tests in person to prove I'm a human before an interview with someone from the team. She grilled me on specifics of the job and my ability to present the latest artwork to the owner lady while she's in the salon doing her nails or hair or whatever. She didn't exactly sell me the job. And with the 1+ hour one-way to get there (no remote option), I'm glad they waited about 2 months to tell me I wasn't in their top selections. Funny that I saw the same job title posted there about 6 months later. Hard pass.

Question 1
Explain your presentation process to our owner while she's having her hair did (I'm paraphrasing as it was a couple of years ago)
Very intense personality screening and drawn-out process. You have to take timed logic tests (that you will not complete) and write sample text to see if you can write "the Uline way". Very bad Mad Men meets Mean Girls vibe.
