I applied online and then received a phone call the following week. We set up a phone interview for the next day and were given the name of the interviewee. 10 minutes passed after the interview time and I finally got a call from a different person that was scheduled to do it. She said there was a mixup and let's start now. In hindsight, I would have asked to reschedule. It was with a different person than I prepped for and it was 10 minutes late so I guess I was a little flustered. Poor professionalism.
