Entretien
Applied online and heard back within 24 hours. First interview was a standard HR "nice to meet you" meeting that lasted about 30 minutes. Second interview consisted of several on-site interviews with varying staff members who may or may not even show up. They did not ask a single technical question that couldn't be answered with a simple yes or no (all close ended). The company did not respond to emails.
The whole process requires in-person and online "testing" that covers extremely basic functions of programs like Excel, Word, and Access.

Last step was an in person interview at Uline HQ and was about 2 hours with interview with Software Developers and HR. Was a mix of a bunch of technical questions, but no direct coding questions

Interview consisted of random tests to complete before the interview not related to the IT role. It seemed like a waste of time just to have an interviewer ask me about my visa status when it is obviously included in the application. It seemed rude to ask and the the lady was questioning everything about my resume unsure of why she even called me in.
