Applied online and got a call back the next day to set up an interview. They sent out basic tests for personality and writing capability to complete before the interview. I showed up for the interview and took two tests, one on math and one on visual recognition of numbers, before the actual interview. The interview itself was very short and similar to a phone interview so it wasn't worth my time to physically come in. I got a second interview where i was shown around the warehouse and all the rotational jobs that I would have to do as a trainee. then I met briefly with the department head. This again was very short. 30 minutes for the tour and only 10 with the department head. I got an email two days later saying they were going to pass on me. Props for getting back right away even though I didn't get the job.
