Turned in my application on Monster and received a call the next day for an interview that week. Others have said they had one, but I did not have phone interview. The two math tests onsite were fairly easy and the interview afterward was fairly quick. Received an email the next day asking me to fill out four tests, two personality, a sales test (which was very intense) and a short writing test. The tests were fairly lengthy, but they must weigh the sales test fairly lightly if you are not going into sales because I have never worked in sales and made guesses for a lot of answers. The day after turning in the 4 tests I was asked to come in for another interview. The second interview was much more thorough. A few days later asked to turn in 3 references. Contrary to what other posters have said, my experience has been quite pleasant. The process is a little lengthy but you have to keep in mind that this is a large company and the position I am applying for pays well, so of course they are going to do whatever they can to weed out people they do not want.
Response to application was very quick. You complete a couple online assesments. Then when you arrive, you're taken into a room to complete two more numbers assessments with other applicants for various other positions. Once complete, wait for your name to be called then conduct interview.

Terrible, they make you take two assessment tests. There’s a huge issue with this company. Based on what I’ve witnessed, it’s ran like a cult. The warehouse manager that interviewed me was very condescending and asked me questions that made me realized. He didn’t want me working for him, much less in the building. I came in with a smile and based on past work history, I was more than qualified. The guy that interviewed me greeted me with a mug on his face. He kept his arms close so I couldn’t shake his hand. When it was time to sit down. He grabbed his chair and push it an extra 2 feet from me. He then proceeded to ask me questions like. “Why didn’t you stay at your last warehouse job? What do you want to come over here for?” He was basically scolding me. I couldn’t believe how bad I was treated. I looked around the warehouse and realized. There’s no minorities in the building and I’m a person of color. I realized all the females were wearing skirts and stockings. None of them were over 200 pounds. All males had red or brown hair, none of them were over 200 pounds. There was no smiles nor laughter. Everyone was serious. Now I understand why they are doing a hiring event. People must be running out of there. I will never return.

Question 1
Why didn’t you stay at your last location? What do you want to come over here for? ( he asked this with annoyance and attitude)

The interview was a two-step process. First was an assessment that measured your ability to recognize number matches and number pattern recognition. The second was with the hiring managers. The hiring mangers genuinely sought to get to know the interviewee and find the best fit. Questions they asked were pretty standard interview questions.
