Initial phone interview with HR lead to 3 computerized assessments dealing with personality traits and having to simplify a paragraph. This then followed by a job fair (10+ others) with face to face interview but not before 2 other written group tests.

Question 1
The questions weren't difficult but I've never been to a job fair where 10 others were applying for the same position. Very uncomfortable feeling to write a test with others in the room.
