HR screening on the phone. Online assessment. In-person on site assessment and another HR screening. Uline was insistent on me completing a job application even prior to any discussions with the hiring team. Odd company culture - a big red flag for me.

Entretien
You start with online tests. Some are standard psychology, some are completely irrelevant to the position. Then a phone interview. Interviewer called me 10 minutes late. She was completely cold and impersonal. It lasted 20 minutes because I asked questions for 10 minutes. I had the impression that the interviewer wanted nothing to do with me before the call began. Never received any kind of response back. Frankly, I'm not sure why they bothered to arrange the interview in the first place. Not that I wasn't qualified, but it was pretty clear that this was going nowhere before it began.
