I was contacted quickly after my online application submission to both CSR and sales rep. so I wasnt sure which spot I was interviewing for. First thing when I arrived they administered 2 short tests. Math and data matching . They were timed.. you are not expected to finish but they dont mention that until afterwards. People with test anxiety BEWARE. I never received score. Personal interview with HR was fine..more of a friendly conversation than interview. She said she would email me additional testing to determine if I was right for sales or CSR and contact within 2 weeks either way. The testing at home took almost 3 hours...the salesperson one is quite intense. I'm certain I did great on the sales testing (very textbook...i.e. squashing objections, getting past the gatekeeper. etc) never heard from them.
