Be prepared, dress professionally, if you're a woman wear a skirt or a dress. There will be a typing, spelling, and numbers test. The are proactive in hiring, so they have time to wait. They have kind of a unique corporate culture that can cause problems for some people. But the pay and benefits and opportunities they offer more than make up for it .

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
