Applied through a recruiting agency newspaper ad, through the agency i had to do multiple skills tests to qualify. Once i was accepted I interviewed with Uline HR and the customer service manager the 2nd interview was with the branch manager. They hired me at the end of the 2nd interview.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

Very lengthy, back to back interviews, was there for 3 hours. They were very nice however I didn’t expect to be there as long as I was. There were 4 interviews I had to do.
