Applied online, got a call for an interview, arrived at the plant along with 12 other interviewees, took two timed number tests (continuing the number pattern and checking if numbers match), then the HR manager gave me a walkthrough of the plant while asking me questions and telling me about the position.

Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.

Got my first phone interview. It was pretty easy and chill. They just want to know a little about you and why you're interested in the position. Probabaly asked me like 4-5 questions.
