Easy and approachable. Overall not difficult and I was able to ask questions about company culture and was satisfied by the answers provided. Would recommend to ask questions at this stage
2 numbers test first interview and second interview in same day. Most of the candidates didn’t make it past the first interview however the questions were pretty standard warehouse job questions.

They ask about experience and if you are ok with the hours
they asked me about my experience with lifting, packing, and working quickly while staying safe. They also wanted to know if I could follow instructions, work with a team, and handle long hours on my feet.

Very smooth. You don't have to wait too long. The questions are about job n they really listen. They do move quickly trying to interview everyone. They respect your time to come interview
