Interviewed after a college recruiting event. First interview was held at school and consisted of some behavioral questions followed by a logical question, innovation question, and a design question. Seemed like they were just trying to understand your thought process rather than your knowledge on information technology. Second interview was at the company and lasted from 8AM - 2PM. There was a group interview followed by a 2-on-1 interview. They then took us on a tour of the facility.
