    First round interview went well. They made me say out salary expectations before they can tell you what they can offer. The recruiter said he will email me next round interview time but he never did. After 2 follow up emails I gave up. This is not professional, if I was not selected at least let me know no more interviews. I accepted Amazon offer which paid way better than USAA.

    Two interviews and 60 days to get a response, an unfortunate experience. USAA needs to acknowledge that they have a problem in their hiring process. It's the hiring manager and their inability to execute in a timely manner.

    Pretty much standard behavior questions with little regard to experience. Panel interviews with no feedback. Per HR, everyone is “excited” to meet you, but never any follow ups afterwards. USAA use to be a service org with integrity, but seems like it’s packed with staff who have no military background; your grandpa serving in the military does not mean you know the core values of service.

    I applied online and was contacted about a week after. I did a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The phone interview lasted approximately 15-20 minutes. The in-person interview lasted for approximately 30 - 45 minutes.

    Zoom call with one person . They asked behavioral questions, spoke about the company and the importance of its values, and asked 3 technical questions about data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.

    Applied 8/21 and received an assessment on 8/23 that I completed that evening. Got a phone call on 9/15 to do a phone interview with recruiter on 9/16. Completed that interview with pretty basic background questions and one or two star questions. After that she said we want to set up an interview with hiring manager next week. Interviewed on 8/23 with two people introducing themselves with one doing majority of the talking and the other in the background typing. Started with basic questions as well with background, sales experience, as well as a detailed description of the job duties. Asked two star questions and then a sales role play. Took about an hour or so. Got called that same day to get offered. Now just waiting for the background to go through

    I was emailed by a recruiter and told that he wanted a skype interview for the position. It was only one interview for this position, no follow up regardless if you got the job or not.

    I applied, same day received an email for arbitration signature, and assessment. I hear it takes a few days. Still waiting to hear back has only been a couple days.

    I had an interview for Product Dev Manager , a contract position. I felt I was the right candidate based on the job description, the product to manage and my skills.. However, the interview experience made me decide not to continue with the process. The Hiring Manager did not even attend the meeting. It was his/her employee. The interview questions were focused specific to technical skills, he did not care about my experience. Interrupted me many times while I was explaining my experience. He just wanted me to described how in details I write user stories. I think in that case job description should mention that they are not looking for a Product Manager, but a user story writer. He was rude.
