I was discovered at a career fair. After filling out the application online, I was scheduled for a phone interview. After the the phone interview, I was scheduled for a face to face interview with two of the directors. I was called with an offer/acceptance and a scheduled start date at which point I went through the back round check process. From the first interview, the whole process took about 3-4 weeks.
