2 interviews - one over the phone and one in person. The background check was extensive, they required proof of employment with w2's and dates needed to match. They asked situational questions that pertained to strengths and weaknesses, not hard but could trip you if not prepared

Two Interviewers will ask you a series of Tell Me Situational questions. One person is typing your answers and the other is asking you. Around 5 questions and in my interview I had to pretend like I was taking a call and had to bring up a cell phone and how it will help the member with some features. They explained part the job is offering products that Members may need.
