Was contacted by recruiter due to specialized expertise in credit risk policy and interviewed on site with multiple hiracle levels within the line of business (including interns). Expertise was not considered and assumption was that they were trying to check boxes on a form for qualifications with no holistic understanding of the qualifications or skill-sets themselves. Checking boxes on a form might work in the military but not in an adept ever changing business environment.
