Contacted via phone call and was given information about the company and what they have to offer. After completing the first phone screening I was selected to attend a conference call with the senior manager's team leads. 3 of the team leads asked me basic questions. Why do I want to work in the Info Security Domain, why do I want to work at USAA, and where do I see myself in 5 years After the basic Questions, they read off portions of my resume and asked me to elaborate on my past experiences. After waiting for a week I was invited to their corporate headquarters to interview with the senior manager and 4 other team members who interviewed me in a shotgun fashion.
