Applied online and it took about a week. It was on the phone at first and then a face to face interview. Study the STAR Behaviors and answer questions in that manner.

One phone interview, then an in-person interview. Was a nice easy process and area was very nice. All in all the process seemed streamlined and easy. Pretty much in and out

I liked the interview process. I liked the recruiters. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were there to help and make the process smooth as possible. USAA would be a great company to work for.
