So I applied for this job the beginning of July. I heard back from them around the beginning of August to take an assessment. The assessment consisted of pretty basic stuff. Example ( rate yourself as agree or strongly disagree) you love to be around people. You somewhat love being around people. Etc. scenarios like that. I really hate those type of questions because there is no right or wrong answer. It's a psychological test in my opinion. Anyway about two weeks later I received an email requesting a phone interview. We set up a time frame. And that phone interview when great. She went through the job duties, salary, my experience etc. after that interview she immediately told me that she would set me up with a manger on site. I was so excited. Once I completed that interview with the hiring manager I knew I nailed it. I had been practicing answering interview question while I drove to the grocery store, showering etc my life consisted of nailing that interview and I did. Literally the next day I was told I got the job and that I need to complete a background check through a company name Hireright. I completed the drug test and background check that same day. The recruiter called me and told mes that I passed everything about a week and a half later. I'm so excited.
