The entire process took 3 weeks. Applied online and recorded an email within 24 hours asking to complete the online assessment. The assessment asked regular behavioral questions. After passing the assessment I received an email within a day or two asking to set up a phone interview for the following week. Scheduled the in person interview at the end of the phone interview. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and verified the information on my resume. Got my request for the background check and drug test immediately after the phone interview. You have 48 hours to complete the drug screen. They asked two behavioral questions. The in person interview was scheduled for the next week and was with two managers, one of which was listening and typing through the phone. The manager interview took about 45 minutes. They ask four behavioral questions. Overall the process was quick and the interviews were pleasant. I REALLY liked that the manager on the phone was the one taking notes. It made the flow much smoother than other interviews I've had where he interviewer is taking notes while you're talking. It feels like more of a conversation and was extremely comfortable.

My first interview was with the recruiter - The recruiter asked about my claim experience as well as my experience with claim handling software. She also asked about how much my current company allows me to pay out without manager approval. Second interview was with 2 hiring managers. Both were really great guys. Super chill and asked targeted questions regarding how I would deal with upset customers. The questions the hiring managers asked were STAR........Situation - Task - Action - Result
