Skipped one interview due to referral. Initial reachout was a recruiter phone screenwhere they confirm graduation and education details, basic behavioral questions like why USAA, etc. Then one round technical/behavioral interview around 30 mins each section. I believe one extra interview for those with no referral (unless process revamped recently)

40 minute 3 part coding assessment with increasing difficulty. You get to pick the the language yourself, I chose python. During the interview, there is not enough time so solve each questions. I solved 1/3 questions. I didn't pass the sample test for 2/3 of the coding questions.
