The entire process took approximately one month. I was contacted by HR who was really a class act. I was very impressed at how articulate she was regarding the process. I then had a 10 minute interview with the hiring manager. She had me explain a few applicable experiences. I then came in for an on site interview with the hiring manager and her Director. They asked "ice-breaker" questions designed to have the interviewee pitch a situation, how it was handled and/or resolved. HR called me an hour after the interview to tell me an offer was forthcoming. A week later I was contacted saying the position wasn't funded and had been cancelled.
