There were three sections. Intro, common interview questions and role-playing. We were in groups of two people and then introduced your partner. Then you need to do role-playing. You could be a customer or a sales professional.

Group interview with about 20 others. Seasonal job opportunity. As if "sales" from a selected number of jewellery pieces to an "assigned customer"...to show the group. Intro the person you are seated next to to the group to the rest of the group.
