1 initial screening. This was a general chat with the hiring manager to learn about experience and motivation.
3x second round (domain, technical + case study and leadership. Leadership was the most challenging but covered fundamentals of leadership (handling difficult situations etc).
There didn’t appear to be a set Tesco framework so using a classy STAR interview should prepare you well. Initially screening took a while but the other interviews moved quickly.
