Communication wasn't the best and it seemed to be a tick box exercise. Seemed scripted and that the process was just a funnel. Staff seemed to be stressed and although friendly seemed rushed..

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
