asked me a few questions about my availability then it was some psychological type questions, there are four of them.
The rest of the interview was very calm and casual, I ended up just talking to the interviewer about my dog.

Via telephone - questions regarding availability, previous related experience, preferences for hours to work, skills and habits including hobbies and interests that may relate/ support role, scenario based questions to gauge personality/ process/ understanding of policies and procedures, etc,

Had a quick chat with duty night manager, very simple easy questions then a 30 minute work trial on the shop floor. Applied online through Tesco career website and Tesco scenario questionnaire.

Group interview. Made to introduce ourselves and then to write a short answer to two personal questions. Then taken to the store floor where we spent 30 minutes stocking shelves.
