I applied online and was given an interview. First i went into an office space in the back and was asked some questions like "tell me about a time when you worked as a team" etc. The interviewer also had my CV printed out in front of them and briefly went through my past work experience. Then i was paired up with one of the workers and was told to help them out, which included going to the back with them and getting more stock to bring out.

Informal chat with the store manager and head of checkouts. Asked to see right to work documents and then four interview questions.

Easy, basic questions, most questions were to fill out documentation. Got the job on the spot after having a schedule that fit with the requirements then came in later for an induction.
