J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco
Entretien
It was a very relaxed interview with about 8 of us. First we had to tell an interesting fact about ourselves as an ice breaker and then we moved onto the questions about customer service and when we have helped people out. We all had to answer one at a time. After this we were split into groups of 4 and we had to create a tower out of paper but it had rules such as it had to be 6ft tall. We then went into the shop floor and helped tidy shelves for 15 minutes. When this was over we had 1:1 interviews but they were questions such as when can you work, explaining what the pay is and why we would like to work at Tesco.

Pretty easy process, nothing out of the ordinary. A few questions on how I would work through situation, deal with customers and other colleagues. People conducting the interview were friendly and polite.

The interview process for the Checkout Operator role at Tesco was very easy. You have to complete an online assessment first and they see if you will pass that. They then called me in and asked a few questions about myself, and asked about my availability, and just more general questions. It lasted around 30 minutes and then I was offered the job, later on in the same day. Very easy process.
