Had a nice friendly experience. The manager explained the role fully and what training would be required for the position. He asked me a set of questions in which I expect he graded my answers. I felt comfortable and at ease through the process.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
